Webelos 1 and 2 scouts from Pack 536 had a fun weekend camping at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Â We didn’t get to have a campfire due to the burn ban, and, strangely, some roads and trails were closed due to flooding, but we had a great time nonetheless.

We hiked the Lighthouse Trail in its entirety, totaling 6.6 miles and 770 feet of vertical elevation.

Turns out we hiked up the “hard way”.

This is the elevation plot of our Lighthouse Trail hike.
